Moloy Chakravorty
Mr. Moloy Chakravorty is the Founder of Beyond Red Ocean Consulting (www.beyondredocean.com), an Entrepreneur, a Globally Certified Business Coach, and an Author. He had a successful corporate career in Leadership Roles spanning over 25 years with Global MNCs and Indian-family-managed conglomerates in India, UAE, West Africa, and the UK. He is also an Adjunct Faculty in Leading B-schools in Mumbai, Delhi, and Dubai.
Beyond Red Ocean Consulting was founded as a Sales Coaching and Strategic Planning focussed organisation in 2015. In 2019, we acquired the sub-license of ActionCOACH USA – World’s #1 Business Coaching Company, USA.
He has worked with Family-Owned Businesses across Geographies and Sectors helping them achieve Exponential Scale-up & Sustainability. Our clients belong to Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, ITES & Services across India, London, and Dhaka.
It is his firm belief that the growth of the Indian economy will be driven by Indian Entrepreneurs. He would like to bring abundance to the startup community in India by redirecting business owners through education.

Coach Amitabh has earned the title of Kolkata-based ActionCOACH for Beyond Red Ocean Consulting after completing his training and certifications successfully. He assists the organization’ in extending his influence on Bangladesh and East India.
