In 2019 we became the Indian partner of ActionCOACH USA, a global business coaching company, and took the exclusive licence for West Bengal.
Our head office is in Mumbai and we have an office in Kolkata. We work with growth-focused businesses across India and abroad, and we help owners grow in a structured way through proven frameworks, steady execution and a clear strategy.
We want Indian entrepreneurs to build businesses that run on systems. These are businesses that can grow, build lasting wealth, follow clear processes and carry on without the founder having to be involved in everything.

Moloy Chakravorty stands for a simple belief: "A business should give its owner freedom not become another form of employment."

He later founded Beyond Red Ocean Consulting to bring this real-world, execution-led approach to Indian entrepreneurs.
In addition, Moloy has spent over two decades as an educator and Visiting Professor at leading institutions such as SP Jain, NMIMS, BML Munjal University, and Welingkar bridging business theory with practical application.
Through Beyond Red Ocean Consulting, he works alongside entrepreneurs to build organisations that can grow beyond the founder businesses that are scalable, professionally run, and designed to last.
